Food, Inc.

I had heard about this documentary a while back and had some free time today so I decided to sit down and watch it- and I recommend you watch it too!
It will really make you think about the food you buy and what you eat. Its crazy how none of us really know what the food we eat goes through before it ends up on our dinner table.
